Our Origin Story
Every beautiful journey begins with a feeling.
For Syeda Sughra Faraz, the founder Miles of Smiles Trust ,
it began with a simple question: “What can truly make me happy?”
While searching for the answer, she realised that perhaps the greatest happiness is not found in receiving, but in giving happiness to others. And when she thought about those who deserve happiness the most, her heart went towards children — innocent hearts whose smiles should never be limited by poverty or circumstances.
She wanted to do something that could bring hope, care, and genuine smiles into their lives.
With this dream in her heart, she shared her idea with her two friends, Areeba Nadeem and Momina Tariq. What started as one heartfelt thought soon became a shared purpose.
Together, they founded Miles of Smiles Trust in December 2024, with a simple belief: if we can become a reason behind even one child’s smile, our efforts are worth it.
And so began a journey — not just to help children, but to create miles of smiles, one heart at a time.
